About
Reintegration REINTEGRATION The mummy image was scanned into my computer and made into a negative and then printed out on a piece of acetate. It was then exposed to polyblue which was adhered to a silk screen and allowed to dry. I then screened some carborundum onto a piece of copper and did an aquatint and etched. I laid hardground and drew the baby and etched. Then I blocked out the baby and mummy and edges and purposedly let the cross area creve. The last two steps were the area outside the cross. First I laid softground and some gauze and ran it through my press and etched. Then I laid hardground and drew in the heiroglyphs. All images copyright 1998© G. Malin
