Ridgewood Institute for Professional Development and Fairleigh Dickinson University, developed and taught numerous technology related classes for K -12 educators, 1994 to present. Taught technology staff development classes for teachers in Livingston, Fair Lawn, Westfield, Cresskill and Ramapo Indian Hills school districts, 1994 - 1999. President, 14 Sculptors Gallery, Coordinated all facets of gallery operation including: meetings, grants, installations, schedules, catalogs, 1977 - 1984. Critic, Arts Magazine, Reviewed N.Y.C. gallery exhibitions, 1978 - 1983. Curriculum and Instruction Accomplishments Continued to develop the BF web site and district art site on sabbatical leave. Helped faculty publish curriculum materials on the BF and District Art web sites,1998-9. Initiated a creative writing project for over two-hundred eighth-graders based on a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of art. Developed project with English and art teachers. Obtained Dodge Foundation funding for this project. Developed Public Art in a Public School program and received a NJ State Best Practice Award for this ongoing program. BF web site webmaster. Started the BF web site and an innovative eighth-grade web publishing elective. Taught staff development workshop on web publishing for district's art teachers and published the web pages created on the AENJ web site. Developed and use "Second Look" program that encourages students to reflect on and write about their art work. Helped design middle school art curriculum with colleagues based on the school's social studies curriculum and issues of diversity. Developed and use an interactive computer program to teach perspective to seventh-graders. Continue to develop and use multi-media computer presentations in class. Professional Accomplishments Art Educators of New Jersey Annual Conferences 1992 to 1998, presentations and workshops on curriculum and technology. Art Educators of New Jersey, Developed and maintain organization web site, 1997 to present. Art Educators of New Jersey, Steering Committee, 1997 to present. National Art Education Association Annual Conference, April 1995, presented a software program I developed that was also distributed by a national catalog company.
