Hi, I am Chris Andre, the artist behind Miscellany Art. I have been an active writer and photographer since my college career at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst in the early 1980s. My writing and photographs have been published in numerous Northeastern business trade magazines and tourist publications.
The body of my work consists of a balance of traditional photographic landscapes and digital imagery. I focus on images of common elements in the natural world, and then manipulate them to provide the viewer with a new and and frequently dramatic outlook on the world around us.
All of my digital images are printed on glossy photo paper, and are available in three sizes:
8" x 10"
11" x 14"
16" x 20"
These images are available in limited editions of 25 each. When ordering, be aware that 8x10 images ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order; all other sizes ship within 7 days, as I have to schedule print lab time to produce the work.
The works are limited to these sizes in order to maintain the image quality and detail. Photos are mounted on archival picture mats in a variety of color choices.
