Artist Information

I was born in Nairobi, Kenya. My subconscious art teachings were from my mother, a fine watercolor artist. I have had no formal training. My artwork is a process of experimentation and exploration. I am always looking for new ways to express myself, and fortify my individuality.

Digital art has been an interest of mine ever since Neopaint. While digital art is often looked down upon, I feel that it has great possibilities as an artistic tool. I am inspired by such artists as Dave McKean, who has brought digital art to new standards of excellence. I hope to follow this tradition, but explore new undiscovered territory, both in the medium, and in myself.
