This is me - Crae (the artist) and my baby - Sheeba. I'm an Art School Drop-Out - and I've been painting for about the past 30 years ... the last 10 as a 'professional working artist' ... whatever that means! I find my inspiration in life around me - lush South Florida colors. I work hard and I play hard - sometimes I'm a bit crazy but never insane - I'm not always logical and at times a lot obsessed. Life has to have beauty and humor!

A little bit more about my work
|
My watercolors are not in the least bit anemic! In fact - I don't use very much Water! This side of my work shows the life around me - where my airbrush pieces show the life 'inside' me - my alter egos you might say! The women in my airbrush works tend to be provacative and a bit risque at times - but they're FUN! I get great inspiration from my 'kids' - Sheeba, a standard poodle and my two black cats. My airbrush works are on gallery-wrap canvas with the frames 'painted' on - I build and stretch my own canvases - to me it's all part of the creative process. Thank you for your interest in my work! Hope you enjoyed the tour!
