The Alzheimer’s Association speaks for more than 4 million people who have Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and for the 19 million family members who care for them. It is the largest national voluntary health organization dedicated to Alzheimer research; to providing support and assistance to people with dementia, their families, and caregivers; and to advocating for affordable, quality Alzheimer care.
To accomplish this work, the Association counts on some 35,000 volunteers and more than one million donors nationwide. Won’t you join them in helping to achieve the vision of a world without Alzheimer’s disease? The WomensArt Circle has decided to project a Painting as a stand .This Project is called:
Artist Against Alzheimer's. Each member will commission a painting to be donated to the Alzheimer's prevention and Research Associations. The paintings will be donated as fund raisers . We hope to bring about more awareness of the growing need for research on this mind crippling disease which strikes millions of elderly people per year.These painting can be viewed at The Artist Against Alzheimer's Gallery any time . The Womens Art Circle is a mailing list for painters, craftworkers, poetry writers
and all artistic flavors of women. In our forum we discuss every aspect of art from watercolor to web page color. Our main goal is to bring better exposure to the work of women artist around the world. We extend to you an open invitation to join us at any time!
